Mount Kisco resident Ishiah Jacoby, 61, was stopped in the Blackeby parking lot at approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, after he was seen driving erratically through a stop sign, a Westchester County Police spokesman said.

Jacoby was driving while impaired and blew through a stop sign, said police. During the subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that Jacoby had an open can of beer in the car, police said.

Jacoby was arrested at the scene without further incident and charged with driving while impaired, a misdemeanor. Jacoby was also cited for going through a stop sign and having an open container.

Following his boring at the Green Street precinct, Jacoby was released and is scheduled to appear in Mount Kisco Justice Court on Thursday, Aug. 15 to respond to the charges.
